Trim a video in four steps
1. Choose your video
Open the free video trimmer and select a supported file. Trimflow reads the file locally, so upload time is eliminated.
2. Select the exact clip
Move the start and end handles on the timeline. Use the arrow controls for smaller adjustments when the cut needs to land on a precise frame.
3. Trim and process
Choose Trim Video. The selected section is re-encoded to an MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio for broad playback compatibility.
4. Preview and download
Check the result, then download it directly to your device. Your original file remains unchanged.

Traditional online editors transfer the entire video before editing can begin. Trimflow runs FFmpeg WebAssembly in your browser instead. The video content stays on your device, although normal website analytics may still collect basic visit information as described in our privacy notice.
Tips for a clean cut
